UrusamaDelete your Urusama account.
You can delete your account from inside the app. If you can't open the app, ask us to delete it by email.
From inside the app
- Open Urusama and go to Settings (Pengaturan).
- Choose Delete account (Hapus akun).
- Confirm the deletion.
This is the fastest way. You can also leave the household without deleting your account.
By email
If your phone is lost or the app is gone, send a request to the address below. Use the Google account email you sign in to Urusama with, because we only process requests from that address.
In the email, write the email address of your Google account, and the household name if you remember it.
What happens to your data
- Your account and private wallet entries are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
- If your household still has other members, the shared entries stay for your partner.
- If you are the last member, the entire household is deleted too.
Your payment history in Google Play belongs to your Google account and we cannot delete it.
